Back to Kas









Back in Kas 48 hours after we left and before relieving Harriet of the kids we go to the land to see the progress. A lot has been done since we checked on our way on Friday.
The concrete for the foundations is finished, the wooden guides are away and the space between the foundations is being filled with hard core and rublbe. On top of this will sit the 30 cm ground floor.

Elswehere, over the basement rooms, the steel for the concrete floor is being readied. The workers are stood on a temporary wooden floor that can be seen clearly from the basement level. And you get an idea of the amount of basement space this floor will create
