Jem's First Day at School

Jem started school proper on Monday 11th September. The First Year start one week earlier than the rest of the school. There was a draw to determine how the 2 forms should be divided up. The 1st pic shows him drawing his lot. He ended up in a class without his mischievous mates (Anil and Arda) from Kindergarten (probably a good thing) and also without Ela (pictured below). So he's sat next to his new mate Mustafa, who's hardworking a little shy and with Karli (not pictured).
The next pic is of a casserole dinner party with Georgina and Simon on our terrace. And a pic of Pepper Steak at Chez Evy's just because it was so good!
