Today is the last day of the school year. I'm flying to Manchester tomorrow to see my Dad, who's not well, and family. Emine and Jem have to go back on Monday to get their karne (school reports). I'll hear the results in England. Here's a pic of an England fan warming up for last night's game which we watched in Harry's on the big screen and projector. I was amazed to realise I knew him (it's Andy, the Exodus Overland Truck Leader).
Back at the house the work is going well (except for the stone-facing). All the rooms have now had a first coat of gypsum. The pool lights are in. And we've bought a big UPS come regulator to protect and back-up the electronics etc that we got a v. good price because the Lira is down against the £, 3 YTL to £1 as I write, 2 weeks ago it was 2.3 YTL.
