The work continues at a good pace. The wall is over 2m high at the lower end of the building. The wood for the roof is complete, including the open-beamed section above the dining room. At the basement level the stone facing continues. We like how the drainage from the pool terrace was incorporated into the stone. We had to make some decisions on how the entrance hall and ground floor loo would work so we got together with Hasan G., Nazim, Arif and pored over the plans. Hasan G. came up with suggestion that we didn't need to stone-face the inner courtyards, a suggestion we like not least as it means we can have bigger windows and doors in that area.
